Cheyenne VT, 16, competed against 28 other teens statewide to earn the title.
Cheyenne, a Southridge High School junior and running start student at CBC, will represent Washington at the 2011 Miss Teen USA pageant next summer. She was the 2008 Miss Tri-Cities Outstanding Teen.
